3DEME is a COVID-19 specific taskforce created to connect the medical community with industry capacity to find solutions to equipment shortages in times of extraordinary exponential need.
We do this by identifying viable PPE and med tech designs for rapid productionising by industry pivoting to respond to COVID-19, sharing this information within the community and by supporting its members in that effort.
Our practitioners in legal and patent, design, manufacturing, logistics and supply chain and crisis management are working with Government, hospitals and industry to facilitate innovative solutions during the pandemic.

Victoria balances engaging and diverse advisory and legal appointments within OEM, Agtech and digital services. Her mission as a lawyer is to thought lead legal services delivery, drawing upon her experience in GC and senior legal project management roles in Australia and abroad. Previously General Counsel of the largest privately owned Australian agricultural conglomerate, her former appointments include General Counsel of a telecommunications start up, director of class action feasibility studies for private developer and litigation management of a 500M property dispute. Victoria’s affinity for project management and network creation is matched only by her passion for and deep experience in the disruption of professional services delivery. Her special interests aside from legal innovation and disruption are risk and crisis management, smart contracting and crypto regulation.

Lauren has held positions for stock listed companies in Europe including General Counsel of Magseis-Fairfield, field leaders in innovation and automation in seismic exploration, and Head of Legal and Special Counsel for various subsidiaries of Fugro NV. Her experience includes: shipbuilding science research vessels in Norway; devising, implementing security regimes for seismic projects in East Africa including assisting establishing national forces during the height of the Somalian piracy crisis; negotiating with government owned entities in China and Saudi Arabia; as well as concluding R&D and complex service contracts with oil majors with regularity. She has been tasked with hostile situations, government investigations and the litigation management of USD1B risk exposure patent dispute.

A medical doctor by training, Prash pursues his clinical work at The Alfred Hospital while maintaining positions on the Emergency Medical Supplies Working Group (EMSWG) and the advisory board of Mind Medicine Australia. He is also CEO of Caleb & Brown, a brokerage firm for asset classes focussed on disruptive innovation in financial technology, voted Fintech Startup of the Year 2018 by SAFAA.
